Accessibility statement

We want ToolBrivio’s software articles and browser tools to be usable by people with different access needs. Accessibility is an ongoing part of improving this site.

Reading and navigation

Pages use headings, named navigation regions and text links to organize content. Layouts adapt to smaller screens, and browser zoom can be used to enlarge text. Forms have labels and keyboard focus indicators. Decorative cover images use empty alternative text; images that explain information should have a text alternative or an explanation in the surrounding article.

Keyboard use

Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and form controls. Use Enter to activate links and buttons; native expandable menus can also be opened with the keyboard. If a control cannot be reached or operated this way, please report the page and control.

Videos and external services

Embedded creator videos load only when you choose to play them. Caption availability and accuracy depend on the original publisher and YouTube. Our written viewing notes do not replace a complete transcript or audio description. Linked software, sign-in screens and other external services have their own accessibility features and limitations.

Known limitations and review status

We have not completed a comprehensive independent accessibility audit or testing across all combinations of browsers and assistive technologies. We do not claim full WCAG conformance. Some diagrams, interactive tools and third-party content may need further improvements. Caption calculators offer planning estimates and do not certify an accessible final video.

Report an access barrier

Please use our contact and corrections page to report a problem. Include the page URL, the task you were trying to complete and, if you wish, the browser or assistive technology involved. Do not include sensitive personal information.

The current feedback form requires sign-in and submissions may be published after moderation. This can itself create an access barrier; a private, no-sign-in contact route is not yet available.

We review reported barriers and prioritize practical improvements. We do not promise a fixed response time or an alternative format we cannot yet supply.
