Email and tracking

This edition has no newsletter signup form and adds no advertising, analytics, or tracking scripts. Community comments are stored so they can be reviewed and displayed. We store your site-specific signed-in user ID, chosen display name, topic, comment text, submission time, review status, and rejection reason. Published comments show your display name, topic, text, and submission date. Pending and rejected submissions are visible to their author and the site moderator. Your email is not published with comments. The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve and secure the site.

Video embeds

Original YouTube videos load only after you click Play. Loading a video connects your browser to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player; YouTube may process technical information under its own privacy policy.

External websites

Links to product providers and documentation lead to external sites with their own privacy practices. Our present links contain no affiliate tracking identifiers.
